Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for paid plans on BidLive, operated by The Cube Stories.
1. Subscriptions & cancellation
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
2. Refunds
- Fees already paid are generally non-refundable, except as required by law or as expressly stated in this policy.
- If you were charged due to a technical error or a duplicate transaction, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and refund any incorrect charge.
- For event-based or one-time purchases, refunds are not available once the auction has been run or the feature has been used.
3. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment provider. Refunds typically reflect within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. How to request
Email support@bidlive.thecubestories.com from the address on your account, with your registered email and the transaction details. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
