BidLive, operated by The Cube Stories, is a digital software-as-a-service product. No physical goods are shipped.

Service delivery

Access to BidLive is delivered electronically. When you create an account, your access is provisioned immediately. When you purchase a paid plan, the corresponding features are activated on your account immediately after a successful payment is confirmed.

If access isn’t activated

If your plan or features are not activated promptly after a successful payment, contact support@bidlive.thecubestories.com with your transaction details and we will resolve it as a priority.
