These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of BidLive(the “Service”), operated by The Cube Stories(“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The service

BidLive is a software-as-a-service platform for creating and running live player auctions — managing teams, players, bids and balances, and sharing a public live view. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for any unlawful, infringing or fraudulent purpose.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, or that is unlawful, offensive or harmful.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users’ data.

4. Plans, fees & payments

Paid plans and their prices are described on our pricing page and are billed through our third-party payment provider. Applicable taxes may be added. By purchasing a paid plan you authorise us (via our payment provider) to charge the amounts shown. Fees are payable in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the data and content you add (team names, player details, images, etc.). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by The Cube Stories and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

7. Availability & disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Cube Stories will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm or legal liability.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
